Alexandra Clay is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who supports women to navigate health changes across the lifespan, including perimenopause and menopause, PCOS and endometriosis, through practical, evidence-based nutrition care.
Alexandra has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those managing chronic health conditions, mental health concerns, neurodivergence, and complex relationships with food. She takes a highly personalised approach, working collaboratively with each client to develop sustainable strategies that respect their lifestyle, culture, and individual needs.
